From your first email or phone call to the final moments of your adventure, you’ll be in direct contact with Etienne Labelle, the owner and lead guide of our company. When Etienne is out guiding or supporting our team in the field, you’ll be looked after by France, our warm and knowledgeable office assistant.
We’re a small team, and we like it that way—because it allows us to get to know each guest personally and ensure your needs are truly understood and met.
We’re not a call center. We’re not a large booking engine. And you’re never just a number in a spreadsheet. We take the time to connect with every guest, because we care deeply about the quality of each adventure we offer.

Our guiding team is small, handpicked, and rooted in the Rockies. Every guide is a local resident who brings their own unique background and deep passion for the wilderness. All our guides are certified Wilderness First Responders, ensuring the highest standard of safety on every trip. They are active members of the Interpretive Guides Association of Canada, and several also hold certification with the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG)—Canada’s highest mountain guiding credential.
