Meet the Owner

My name is Étienne Labelle. Originally from Québec’s Laurentian region, I moved to the Bow Valley in 2012 to pursue my passion for the outdoors—and it wasn’t long before hiking in the Canadian Rockies became my true calling. What began as a summer guiding job quickly evolved into a lifelong adventure: leading guests up mountain trails, through fragrant pine forests, and atop panoramic ridgelines that reveal the Rockies’ most breathtaking vistas.

Each season brings its own hiking magic here. In summer, we wander along turquoise alpine lakes and wildflower meadows; come fall, the ascents through golden larch groves are simply unforgettable. Winter hikes across snow‑packed valleys to frozen waterfalls invite a serene, otherworldly experience, while spring’s lengthening days coax vibrant life back into the high country.

Whether you’re seeking a gentle day hike to alpine lakes surrounded by rugged peaks or a multi‑day tour through the most stunning hikes in our National Parks, I’m committed to crafting the perfect journey for you. I can’t wait to share my favorite trails, insider knowledge of hidden lookouts, and deep love for these mountains with every guest who joins me.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Canadian Rockies and guiding you on an adventure you’ll remember long after your boots come off.

Warm regards,
Étienne Labelle
