Your adventure begins in the charming mountain town of Banff, where you’ll meet your guides for introductions and a trip briefing before heading west into Yoho National Park.

Today’s hike follows the Continental Divide to a historic fire lookout, offering sweeping views over Kicking Horse Pass and its rugged, jagged peaks. After taking in the alpine scenery, we return along the same trail and continue west to the small mountain town of Golden.

This evening, settle in and enjoy a well-earned dinner together—your first taste of the journey ahead.

It’s a great way to experience the character of the park without being overly demanding. With your guide setting a comfortable pace, you’ll have time to fully take in the surroundings before returning the same way.

We then continue to Revelstoke for an evening at leisure and dinner in town.

From the summit, your hike to Eva Lake leads through vibrant wildflower meadows and subalpine forest, gradually revealing the lake’s crystal-clear waters, framed by the rugged peaks of the Selkirk Mountains.

Enjoy charming Revelstoke at your leisure this evening.

Following the Great Glacier Trail, you ascend steadily through forest and subalpine terrain before emerging into expansive meadows with sweeping views of the Illecillewaet Glacier and surrounding peaks.

As you gain elevation, the landscape opens up to reveal the scale and power of this historic glacier, offering a striking glimpse into the rugged beauty of the Selkirk Mountains.

We begin with a steady climb through forested trail to the tranquil shores of Yoho Lake. From there, we continue up to join the renowned Iceline Trail, where dramatic alpine views open up around every turn—glaciers, waterfalls, rugged peaks, and expansive hanging valleys. After soaking in the spectacular scenery, we descend back toward the trailhead, completing a rewarding loop through one of Yoho’s most iconic landscapes.

Our final hike takes us through a classic glacier-carved valley, across vibrant avalanche slopes often filled with wildflowers, and alongside ancient fossil beds that speak to the region’s deep geological history. Framed by the towering walls of Stanley Peak, we pause for one last picnic lunch in this spectacular setting.

From here, we return to Banff, where we share our farewells—closing out an unforgettable journey through the Canadian Rockies.
